By using the Global Submission Portal, your personal data (in particular name, email address, organisation, login data as well as uploaded files, submission logs and authority response messages) are processed by Europe IT Consulting GmbH for the purpose of providing the submission services, fulfilling regulatory and contractual obligations and handling support requests.

Submission data (files, logs, responses) are generally retained for 6 months after processing, user account data until your account is deleted or longer where required by law. Further details, including your rights of access, rectification and erasure, can be found in our Privacy Policy.
